Special Guest
Jack Feldmann
Owner of Clayton Home Inspection Service
(Now National Property Inspections)
joins The Housing Hour this week to celebrate an incredible career in the home inspection industry and his six years of Crazy Home Inspection show content. Jack is certainly one of a kind, and we wish him the best in his new role as a retired home inspector.
Listen today and follow the photos as Jack takes us through some of his last inspection finds.
Kevin and Mark wish Jack the best in his new role and he will be back to update The Housing Hour listeners to new changes in the industry.
One last note-Although Jack has had a long career in crawling through homes (a total of roughly 167 miles) he would like to point out the photo is only a ‘caricature*’ of his backside. (Noted!)
*Caricature:
a picture, description, or imitation of a person in which certain striking characteristics are exaggerated in order to create a comic or grotesque effect (Kevin and Mark were going after the ‘comic effect’ )
