Sharon Rivers
Sharon joined Mortgage Investors Group in 1989 after relocating back to East Tennessee. Prior experience as a Processor and Closer for First Federal Savings Bank and America City Bank in Tullahoma was a natural fit for her to create and manage the Closing Department for Mortgage Investors Group when the company formed. She assumed the role of managing the Post Closing area in the summer of 2006 as well. Her teams are responsible for timely and efficient closing transactions, warehouse lending, imaging, loan audit, MERS, government insuring and final documents. A focus on technology, new ideas and empowering staff has lead to industry leading turn times.
