joins The Housing Hour this week to explain how his once small DIY blog website tuned into millions of followers and ‘The Tile Doctor’ brand in 2000. The Tile Doctor is the U.S. Distributor for Litokol, the world’s premier tile setting, and grouting products. The Tile Doctor is currently launching a new innovation in the stone category; VersaLite Stone®, a thin stone veneer available in large lightweight panels used in many unique applications.
Curt has more than 30 years of tile industry experience. Fourteen years with Dal-Tile and four years as Product Merchandise Manager and National Captain for Ceramic Tile with The Home Depot. In 2003 Rapp Founded Tile Partners for Humanity (TPFH), the first national charity focused on supporting worthy causes by the tile industry. TPFH’s specific focus was on providing labor and materials to Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). By 2013 TPFH had supplied over 23million in support to worthy causes worldwide including HFHI.
