Missy Henriksen joined the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) in 2009 with more than 20 years experience in managing trade associations. She serves as the Executive Director for the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA), the industry’s voice for educating consumers about the vital role pest professionals play in protecting public health and safety.
